D39 Type 078 Varta Silver Dynamic Car Battery 12V 63Ah Short Code. So does any one know how to decode that number for getting the age of the Varta battery. My car is 2008 reg but presumably 2007 build. There is also a bar code 016487 102183 but this could easily be a shop code for point.
